Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to ship, excluding preorder items.
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS. We currently only have automated shipping within the United States.
If you're outside the U.S. and interested in placing an order, please contact us we’ll do our best to assist you.
All orders (except pre-orders) are shipped from the U.S.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.
Please note:
- Earrings are non-returnable once the hygiene seal (shrink wrap) is opened, due to health and safety reasons.
If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Gifting & Packaging
Our packaging is simple and gift-ready and comes with an evil eye keychain and a good wishes card. If you’re gifting, that little detail might be nice to know. We keep our packaging sealed to help everything arrive safely. This means we’re not able to include custom notes by default. If you’d like to add a note, please reach out with your order number, we’ll do our best to work something out.
