Order Processing & Dispatch
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
For pre-order items, dispatch may take up to three weeks.
All items listed in the Shop section are shipped from Wisconsin, USA.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with real-time tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, please contact us via our contact page or email us at support@pureanatolian.com.
Shipping Availability
At this time, automated checkout shipping is available for U.S. orders only.
Shipping to the EU, UK, Asia, and the Middle East will be available soon.
If you would like to place an international order before then, please contact us, we’ll do our best to assist you.
Delivery Timeframes
Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or increased mail volume.
During peak seasons and major holidays, delays may occur with standard carriers such as USPS. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking, Insurance & Liability
All shipments include real-time tracking.
While our shipping carriers may provide limited insurance, this coverage may not reflect the full value of your order. Pure Anatolian is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, a claim must be submitted within 15 days of delivery and must include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
International Taxes & Duties
For international orders (outside the U.S.), import duties and taxes may be applied by the destination country upon arrival.
These fees are not included in your order total and cannot be covered or reimbursed by Pure Anatolian. As customs regulations vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
If a package is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, a refund will be issued minus outbound shipping costs, or the package may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

If an order has already shipped, we cannot retrieve the package or issue a refund for incorrect address entries.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, a $4 processing fee will apply, in addition to the cost of a new shipping label required to resend the order.
