Yes. Most items are made in limited quantities, which means they may not return once sold out.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the U.S. from our U.S. warehouse. Worldwide shipping coming soon!
Where do you ship from?

We ship from our U.S. warehouse. Only pre-orders and wholesale orders ships from Turkey.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 1 business day and arrive in 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Please note: during holidays, sales events, and peak shipping periods, both processing and delivery may be delayed by carriers. If you have a deadline, ordering ahead is the safest option.
How much does shipping cost?

We have fixed shipping rates. Learn more about Shipping Rates. We also offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Carrier fees and service availability may vary by destination.
Can I track my order?

Yes, you'll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
What if my package is delayed or lost?

Return & Exchange
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. We can't accept return of unsealed packages due to hygiene conditions.
How do I start a return?

Email us at support@pureanatolian.com or visit contact us page with your order number, and we’ll guide you through it.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
My piece arrived damaged. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us a photo within 48 hours of receiving the item and we’ll arrange a replacement.

Jewelry Care
How do I care for handmade jewelry?

Keep your jewelry dry, store it in a cool place, and handle with care. Avoid water, perfumes, and chemicals.
Can I wear it in the shower or while sleeping?

We recommend removing your jewelry before sleeping, showering, or swimming to preserve its shape.
Will your jewelry tarnish?

Our materials are carefully selected to last, but handmade items deserve gentle care for long-term beauty.

Community Work
Do you really work with local artisans?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Can I order custom sets for weddings or gifts?

Yes, we work directly with women artisans across Turkey. We ensure fair wages, ethical production and empowerment of our artisans and community.
How does my purchase help?

Each purchase supports traditional craftsmanship and provides economic opportunities for women in rural areas of Turkey. We also donate %10 of our profits to local and international charities.
Can I learn more about your artisan partners?

We're on the progress of making a documentary with our artisans.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Occasionally. For limited edition or high-demand products, we open pre-orders with estimated delivery dates clearly stated.
Can I pre-order an item that’s out of stock?
